The Nav Ghali Memorial Scholarship at Forest Lawn High School honours Nav, his innate ability to connect with everyone he came across, and his drive to better himself and the community around him.
Nav was a son, father, husband and a well-rounded family man. He valued education and athletics, and his love for comedy was evident through his great sense of humour. Nav made a lasting impression with people while pursuing his undergrad and Masters, and even while volunteering. He was the type of guy that you could always count on, no matter what the situation was!
This Scholarship recognizes a well-rounded Forest Lawn High School student who embodies the best qualities of Nav. It is for individuals who not only focus on academics and sport, but are also engaged within the Forest Lawn High School student body. They are seen as a leader, someone who connects with all walks of the student body, and who truly makes the world around them a better place!
