GRANDE SPIRIT FOUNDATION

As a management body for the Alberta government, The Grande Spirit Foundation is governed by a Board of 12 supporting local municipalities with a mandate to provide affordable housing. We manage seniors lodges in Grande Prairie, Clairmont and Spirit River, as well as seniors self contained apartments for independent seniors including enhanced units with support services available such as meals and housekeeping. We have a family and special purpose housing portfolio that includes direct rentals, rent subsidies and affordable housing apartments and barrier free units.

As a community based, accountable and compassionate organization, the Grande Spirit Foundation Board and dedicated staff are very proud of their commitment to provide area residents with affordable housing and support services.
